Texas A&M edge rusher Anto Saka has been included in The Athletic's 2026 "Freaks List," an annual compilation of college football's most exceptional athletes, as announced by the school on Monday. Bruce Feldman, who compiles the list, referred to Saka as "the freakiest of a very gifted D-line room," according to the athletics department.

Saka stands at 6-foot-4 and weighs 255 pounds, wearing jersey number 14. Originally from Baltimore, he is a graduate student who transferred to College Station from Northwestern. He is part of a defensive line that also includes Sam M'Pemba, a redshirt junior from Georgia, who measures 6-3 and 257 pounds.

The Freaks List evaluates remarkable athletic testing metrics reported by strength coaches and programs, focusing on raw physical ability rather than on-field performance. This is why players can be featured on the list even before they have participated in games for their new teams. Texas A&M did not disclose Saka's specific ranking on the list.

The list was published as the Aggies are currently engaged in Fall Camp, with their season opener set for September 5 at Kyle Field.
