The Frisco City Council will consider directing staff to submit a written notice of appeal on behalf of the council. The appeal concerns an action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission on a site plan or plat.
The council would act pursuant to Subsection 6.19 of the Zoning Ordinance and Section 4.02 of the Subdivision Ordinance. These sections govern the appeal process for commission decisions.
Any written notice of appeal must be submitted to Development Services. The department will receive the filing once the council authorizes the directive.
