Arvest Bank has revealed its intention to open a loan production office in Frisco, Texas, marking the bank's entry into the North Texas market. The new office, located at 11025 Preston Road, is set to open later this year and will be staffed by a team of local commercial lenders.
The Frisco office will specialize in offering a variety of commercial loans, including real estate financing, lines of credit, and equipment loans. Operations will be overseen by the Southwest Oklahoma market, which already manages a portfolio of business loans in the area.
David Madigan, president of Arvest Bank - Southwest Oklahoma, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, describing it as a response to the growth momentum in the metroplex. He emphasized that the new office will enhance the bank's commercial loan business and provide tailored lending solutions to support regional businesses.
Mark Scott has been appointed as the commercial loan manager for the Frisco office. Scott has been with Arvest since 2008 and previously worked as a commercial lender in the Southwest Oklahoma region. The bank is actively seeking to hire additional commercial lenders to strengthen the local team.
Additionally, Arvest has appointed three local business leaders to its North Texas bank board. The new board members include attorney Rick Warren, assistant vice president Lana Constantine, and Lupita Colmenero, who is the Chief Operating Officer of LATINA Style, Inc. These individuals will serve as regional advisors and community liaisons for the bank.
