Arvest Bank has opened a new loan production office in Frisco, Texas, marking its initial physical expansion into the North Texas market. The facility is located at 11025 Preston Road and will operate exclusively under the bank’s Southwest Oklahoma market oversight. This move aligns with the institution’s strategy to increase its presence in high-growth regions and respond to rising demand for commercial lending services in the area.
The Frisco location will concentrate on commercial lending activities, including financing for commercial real estate, business lines of credit, and equipment loans. Bank officials stated that the new office is positioned to immediately support industrial and commercial development projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex by leveraging the bank’s existing commercial finance experience and portfolio.
David Madigan, president of Arvest Bank’s Southwest Oklahoma division, described the expansion as a direct response to the momentum the bank has observed in the metroplex. He noted that the physical entry into North Texas represents an exciting development for the institution as it seeks to serve local businesses with specialized financial products.
To lead the new office, Arvest promoted Mark Scott to the role of commercial loan manager. Scott, who joined the bank in 2008, previously worked as a commercial lender in the Southwest Oklahoma region. He will oversee a locally based lending team as the office becomes operational. The bank is currently recruiting additional commercial lenders to staff the Frisco location.
