Collin County court records indicate that the bond for far-right influencer Jake Lang has been reduced to $250,000. The amount was previously set at $1 million following his arrest on June 10 in Frisco.
In addition to the financial adjustment, court documents reveal that Lang is prohibited from entering Texas unless he is attending a court appearance or meeting with legal counsel. He must also wear an electronic monitoring device upon release from jail.
Lang was initially detained after being spotted outside the Collin County Courthouse earlier on the day of his arrest. Protesters had gathered there regarding the trial of Karmelo Anthony, who is charged in connection with the death of Austin Metcalf. Lang was later booked into the Dallas County Jail on charges of making a terroristic threat. Specific details regarding the nature of the alleged conduct have not been released by authorities.
This arrest follows a separate incident on June 2, when Lang was taken into custody on an active warrant for criminal trespass. That warrant stemmed from an alleged April 2025 incident at a Frisco stadium. Further details about the current terroristic threat charge remain unclear.
