Collin County court records show the bond for Jake Lang has been reduced to $250,000, down from the original $1 million set following his June 10 arrest in Frisco. Lang faces a terroristic threat charge stemming from an incident at Pizzeria Testa. He is prohibited from entering Texas unless attending court or meeting with counsel, and must wear an electronic monitoring device upon release.

Lang, 31, was initially detained on an active warrant for a separate April 2025 trespassing incident at a Frisco stadium. He was later booked for the June 10 charge, which alleges conduct that disrupted public services and caused fear. Authorities have not disclosed specific details regarding the alleged terroristic threat.

Lang has a history of legal issues, including a prior trespassing arrest in Frisco and a conviction related to the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol attack. He also faces property damage charges in Minnesota for damaging an ice sculpture at the state Capitol.
