Rockfish Seafood & Grill is scheduled to open a new restaurant in Frisco this November. The establishment will occupy space at 9179 Dallas Parkway, Suite 170. The site is situated near Toyota Stadium, The Star, which serves as the Dallas Cowboys headquarters, and the downtown Frisco area.

The opening will introduce the company’s refreshed brand identity along with a revised menu. The updated offerings will include fresh fish selections and established favorites such as Ahi Tuna Nachos, Volcano Shrimp, Shrimp and Grits, and the Redfish St. Charles. The menu will also feature Ribeye steak and BBQ Ribs.

Operating hours will run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant will remain open from 11 a.m. until midnight.

Tommy Lee, who serves as the chief executive officer and president of Rockfish, stated in a news release that the expansion follows a positive reception at the Lewisville location. He noted that the company aims to share its refreshed brand with a broader audience. Lee described Frisco as having a flourishing market and a community focused on family life, which creates a welcoming atmosphere for the new business.

The company expressed anticipation for introducing its fresh seafood and grilled items to local residents. Additional details regarding the opening are available through the Rockfish Seafood & Grill Facebook page.
