Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott did not participate in any snaps during the team's three-game preseason schedule.
Since 2020, Prescott has had wide receiver CeeDee Lamb as a primary target, and the addition of George Pickens in the 2025 offseason has further strengthened his receiving options. Last season, Prescott achieved the second-highest passing yard total of his career, throwing for 4,552 yards and completing 30 touchdown passes from 600 attempts.
The Cowboys are aiming for a more balanced offense this season, which may lead to a reduction in Prescott's touchdown passes. Additionally, a new defensive scheme under coordinator Christian Parker could allow Prescott and the offense to avoid being in catch-up situations as frequently.
With Lamb and Pickens as his top receiving duo, Prescott has the potential to replicate or exceed 4,000 passing yards in the upcoming 2026 season.
