Houston Texans receiver Nico Collins could be available when the team faces the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4, according to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter. Collins has been ruled out for Houston's Week 3 game because of a hamstring injury, but Schefter reported that he has a "decent chance" to return against Dallas.
Collins has played in one game this season, Houston's Week 1 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He recorded seven catches for 75 yards and one touchdown in that game.
Dallas also has injury questions in its secondary. Cornerback Cobie Durant and safeties Malik Hooker and P.J. Locke will not all be available for the Cowboys' Week 3 matchup with the Baltimore Ravens in Brazil. Their availability for the Texans game has not yet been determined.
The Cowboys are currently using DaRon Bland and Shavon Revel at cornerback. Dallas enters Week 3 ranked 17th in pass defense, allowing 218 yards per game. The secondary has also added Caleb Downs, who has stepped up, while the source said the unit still has work to do.
