Four Cowboys players will miss the game against the Baltimore Ravens in Rio de Janeiro, while Dallas has made several roster changes because of injuries.
Safety P.J. Locke is being placed on injured reserve with a foot injury suffered against the Washington Commanders. The designation means he will be out for at least four more weeks. Safety Malik Hooker, who is recovering from a fractured forearm, also remains unavailable.
The other players ruled out for the trip are linebacker DeMarvion Overshown, who is dealing with a hamstring injury, and cornerback Cobie Durant, who has a hamstring injury. Durant was a starter and was injured in the Cowboys' Week 2 victory over Washington.
Dallas promoted linebacker Barron to its 53-player roster after he appeared in the previous game as a temporary elevation from the practice squad. He provides additional depth with Overshown sidelined. Linebackers Jaishawn Barham and Dee Winters were both injured in the Washington game but completed it.
The Cowboys also elevated cornerback Reddy Steward from the practice squad for the Ravens game. Steward played significant defensive snaps for Dallas in 2025 as a nickel cornerback and occasionally at safety. His ability to play both positions gives the team another option in the secondary, where the Cowboys still have Jalen Thompson, Caleb Downs, Markquese Bell and Alijah Clark at safety.
