Celina Named America's Fastest-Growing City for Second Year, Reshaping Frisco's Northern Edge

Celina, twelve miles north of Frisco, was named the fastest-growing U.S. city for the second year in a row by the Census Bureau on May 14, with a 24.6 percent gain and 12,700 new residents in one year. Its 64,427 population now anchors the corridor immediately north of Frisco.
