Frisco-based Keurig Dr Pepper completed transactions worth $925 million with Chobani on Sept. 28, according to an SEC filing.
The beverage company redeemed its entire indirect stake in Chobani for $800 million. Half of that amount was paid in cash; the other half is a promissory note due Dec. 26, 2026.
A separate $125 million cash sale included assets and lease interests at two Allentown, Pennsylvania, facilities.
Keurig Dr Pepper had announced the deals earlier in September. The company lists its principal executive offices at 6425 Hall of Fame Lane in Frisco.
