Tacodeli has lined up space at Fields West. Its build-out was registered on Monday, Nov. 2, with TDLR, the state agency that handles accessibility review for commercial construction.
The filing describes a 2,935-square-foot interior fit-out in Suite A195 of the Fields West Block A mixed-use building at 5301 Fields Parkway. The estimated cost is $500,000. Construction is listed to begin Jan. 15, 2027, and finish May 15, 2027. Fields West Propco LP is listed as the owner, and FHA Architects of Omaha, Nebraska, as the designer.
Nando's filed in late October for Suite A175 in that building: a first-generation restaurant build-out of 2,537 square feet, estimated at $700,000, scheduled from February to June 2027.

- Design Within Reach, a roughly 7,000-square-foot retail build-out on Wentwood Avenue in Building C, estimated at $1.9 million, filed Oct. 19.

- Mastro's Steakhouse, estimated at $4 million in the Block L building, filed in June.
