Property and Zoning Details
The proposal concerns 2,158.6± acres situated on the northeast and northwest corners of Dallas Parkway and Panther Creek Parkway. The site also extends to the southwest corner of Legacy Drive and University Drive, known as US Highway 380. The property currently carries a Planned Development-280 zoning designation. The council will consider amending the Zoning Ordinance, specifically Ordinance No. 11-04-09, to formalize the Planned Development-280 classification. The affected areas include Neighborhoods #3, #52, and #53.
