Frisco Gas Prices Ease to $3.5830 as Monthly Costs Rise — July 21, 2026

Regular unleaded averages $3.5830 in the Dallas area, down from yesterday, up from last week and below the Texas average.

Frisco, Texas — Gas prices in the Dallas area averaged $3.5830 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 21, 2026, according to AAA, down from $3.6110 yesterday. That is up from $3.3390 a week ago but higher than $3.3090 a month ago.

The statewide average in Texas stands at $3.6150, while the national average is $4.0190. Drivers in the Dallas area are paying below the state average and below the national average.

The Dallas average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8370. Regular prices are about 27 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $2.8080, drivers are paying about 78 cents more per gallon.

Diesel in the Dallas area averages $4.7880 per gallon, AAA reported.
