Green Blast Solutions, a Frisco-based cleaning company, has released its 2026 House Wash Cost Guide for homeowners in the area. The publication provides specific pricing estimates and explains the factors influencing service costs for residential properties in the region.
The guide outlines house washing rates between $0.20 and $0.30 per square foot of wall surface. Project totals typically range from $300 for smaller one-story homes to $900 for larger two-story properties. The company notes that these rates remain consistent across all Frisco neighborhoods, regardless of individual home values.
Deonte Green, owner of Green Blast Solutions, stated that his pricing strategy aims for competitiveness without being the lowest or highest in the market. He emphasized that his rates do not increase based on the wealth of the area where he works.
The guide highlights why local pricing differs from generic national averages. According to U.S. Census data, Frisco’s housing stock is generally larger and newer than the national average. Many homes in master-planned communities such as Phillips Creek Ranch, Stonebriar, Starwood, and Edgewood exceed 2,500 square feet. Additionally, the guide points to Texas Property Code Chapter 209, which requires homeowners associations to maintain enforcement procedures for exterior violations. Frisco HOAs are actively issuing notices for issues like black streaks, mildew on north-facing siding, and stained driveways, prompting homeowners to budget for maintenance.
The publication recommends soft washing over high-pressure water for the brick, stucco, and vinyl siding common in Frisco. It also lists five factors that affect pricing, suggests cleaning frequencies to avoid HOA notices, and details bundle pricing options across the company’s full service list.
