Taylor Sheridan is casting background performers for his new series, "Frisco King," with opportunities available across several North Texas locations. The production has listed specific roles for late June and mid-July, including a couple walking a dog in Haslet, neighbors with vehicles in Haslet, and students representing an SMU fraternity in Dallas. Additional casting calls target overnight partygoers in Granbury and individuals for a Pakistani restaurant scene in Fort Worth.
Compensation varies by role and duration. Participants in the Haslet and Dallas segments earn $200 for 12 hours of work, while those in Haslet and Granbury receive $110 for 10 hours. An extra $50 is offered for the dog-walking role if the actor brings their own pet. The show, which follows a New Orleans character adjusting to life in Frisco, will film in multiple cities through July. No release date has been announced for the series.
