Frisco Lakes Golf Club was cited in a city health follow-up after inspectors found food being made while the club’s permit was suspended, inspection records show.
The club, at 7170 Anthem Drive, received 35 demerits. The report said the permit had been suspended during the first inspection, and the later visit found employees preparing food when inspectors arrived.
The records were part of 64 Frisco inspections conducted from July 19 through Aug. 1. Frisco grades food establishments with demerits, and a site fails when it receives more than 30. Inspectors can close a business depending on the violations, prior compliance and other factors.
Spicy Venue, at 11625 Custer Road, received 37 demerits. Inspectors reported multiple problems, including a women’s restroom toilet containing human waste.
Hyderabad House, at 8992 Preston Road, received 25 demerits. Inspectors reported finding antifreeze above a food prep surface, household insecticide near sanitized utensils and chicken kept at incorrect temperatures.
