Several new commercial ventures are preparing to open in north Frisco, including a salon, a dental practice, and a restaurant, according to recent business announcements.
Paul and Caren Wolf are set to open a new salon in the area. The couple, who operate as Boardroom franchisees, will own and manage the location. They have previously served clients in Plano for over ten years at the Boardroom Salon for Men–Plano Lakeside Market. This new site will be the pair’s second Frisco location, with the other situated off Dallas Parkway.
Flourish Dental Boutique is also entering the market. The practice provides a variety of dental services, including oral exams, teeth cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures, pediatric care, emergency dentistry, teeth whitening, and veneers. The clinic focuses on holistic dentistry, a method that integrates traditional dental treatments with wellness practices such as nutritional therapy, as described on the business website.
Mastro’s Steakhouse is another upcoming tenant in the region. The restaurant is part of the Fields West development, where it joins more than two dozen other businesses that have leased space. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation indicates that construction on Fields West is scheduled to begin in early 2027, with completion expected later that year. The development’s opening is planned to be phased between mid-2027 and 2028.
