According to CBS Texas, Frisco Police arrested 57-year-old Keith Hart on Friday morning for the 2002 murder of Frank Weiss. Officers received assistance from the Waxahachie Police Department during the operation around 7:45 a.m. The outlet also noted that voters in Irving and Keller chose new mayors amid local growth challenges, while other North Texas residents considered bond proposals and transit options.
