JPMorganChase has agreed to lease 41,000 square feet of office space at the Tower at Park Hall in Frisco. The financial institution plans to move into the building in 2028, where the facility will house up to 150 workers. Of that total, 100 positions will be new hires for the region.
The staff stationed in Frisco will focus on commercial banking, private banking, and wealth management services. This location will join two existing JPMorganChase offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area: one in Plano with 13,000 employees and another in downtown Dallas with 560 workers. The bank employs more than 32,000 people across Texas.
Ashley Herbst, head of J.P. Morgan Private Bank for Dallas and Collin County, stated that the expansion reflects growing demand for wealth management services in the area. She noted the firm is hiring top talent to serve local clients as high-net-worth households increase in the region.
Craig Hall, founder and chairman of HALL Group, which owns the property, said welcoming the bank aligns with the community goals for HALL Park. He highlighted that companies seek workplace environments that attract talent and foster community connections. Hall also noted his long-standing relationship with the bank as a client.
