JPMorganChase is expanding its North Texas operations with a new office in Frisco, leasing 41,000 square feet in The Tower at HALL Park. The financial services company plans to move teams from Commercial Banking, the Private Bank, and Select Wealth Management into the space located at 6605 Warren Parkway by early 2028.
The new location will create more than 100 additional jobs as the bank builds out its local workforce to serve businesses and wealth-management clients in the communities north of Dallas. The two-floor office within the 16-story tower can accommodate up to 150 employees and includes flexible workspaces. J.P.
Morgan signage will mark the building, adding to the company’s existing downtown Dallas presence at 1900 N. Akard.
Graham Perry, the Plano and Frisco Market Executive for Commercial Banking at J.P. Morgan, described the move as a strategic base in a growing economic hub. He stated that the expansion ensures local clients have full access to the bank’s services. Perry noted that JPMorganChase has operated in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 150 years and aims to continue supporting regional businesses and families.
A key feature of the new office will be a private Client Center designed for meetings over coffee, lunch, or formal discussions. Ashley Herbst, head of J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Dallas and Collin County, said the expansion reflects rising demand for wealth management services. She emphasized the bank’s commitment to hiring top talent to serve high-net-worth households emerging in the area.
