Members of the Swedish men's national soccer team made a stop at Hutchins BBQ in Frisco on Tuesday, stepping away from their tournament preparations to try local food. The restaurant shared a photo on Instagram capturing the squad gathered outside the establishment.

The team has established North Texas as its official home base, holding training sessions at Toyota Stadium in Frisco. This dining outing follows another local appearance, as players were previously seen at a Texas Rangers game in Arlington.

Sweden began its tournament campaign with a victory over Tunisia in Mexico on Sunday. The squad is scheduled to travel to Houston on Saturday to face the Netherlands, then return to the Metroplex for a match against Japan at Dallas Stadium on Thursday, June 25, at 6 p.m.

While players indicated they enjoyed the barbecue, it remains unclear whether any team members tried a Texas Twinkie before their upcoming games.
