The City of Frisco has announced that government offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Regular business hours for City Hall, Municipal Court, and other administrative offices will resume on Tuesday, September 8.
Service Adjustments
Trash collection and curbside recycling services will be delayed by one day. Residents whose regular service day is Monday will receive pickup on Tuesday, September 8. Subsequent collections will shift accordingly, with regular services resuming on Monday, September 14.
The Environmental Services offices and the Environmental Collection Center are closed on Monday, September 7. Additionally, the Household Chemical and Electronics Disposal and Reuse Center will remain closed on Tuesday, September 8.
Facility Hours
Frisco Fire Safety Town and Central Fire Administrative Offices are closed on Monday, September 7. The Frisco Public Library is also closed on that day but reopens at 9 a.m. on Tuesday. Book returns behind the library building remain accessible. Connection at Stonebriar Centre will be closed on Monday, September 7.
The Frisco Athletic Center operates with modified hours on Monday, September 7. General facility access is from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Play Depot hours are 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Indoor Aquatics is open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Frisco Water Park operates from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., marking its last day of operation.
The Frisco Discovery Center and Frisco Heritage Museum are closed on Monday, September 7, as their regular schedules begin on Tuesdays. The Grove at Frisco Commons is also closed on Monday but reopens for regular hours on Tuesday, September 8. Residents are advised to check tenant partner websites for specific operating times during this period.
