A new traffic signal on Lebanon Road at Kroger, west of Legacy Drive, began flashing Sept. 29. Full operation is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 1, weather permitting, according to the City of Frisco.
During the flashing phase, Lebanon Road traffic faces a yellow signal and is not required to stop. Drivers leaving the shopping centers on either side face flashing red signals and must continue stopping at the existing stop signs.
Those signs will be removed when the signal becomes fully operational. The city urges caution while drivers adjust to the intersection’s new traffic controls.
