Twelve student-athletes from six Frisco Independent School District high schools are recognized for their achievements during the 2025-26 academic year and their potential impact in the upcoming 2026-27 season. The list includes players from Frisco, Centennial, Emerson Heritage, Independence, and Lebanon Trail high schools.
Andrew Adame played both football and baseball for Emerson. In football, he shared quarterback duties with senior Max Molstad, accumulating 733 passing yards and six touchdowns alongside 145 rushing yards and four rushing scores. On the baseball diamond, Adame earned 11-5A newcomer of the year honors.
He recorded a .326 batting average with 31 hits, eight doubles, 21 RBIs, and 20 runs. As a pitcher, he threw 18.1 innings with a 2.67 earned run average and 13 strikeouts.
Bisola Arowolo led the Emerson girls basketball team to a historic run, reaching the regional finals. She was named the 11-5A offensive player of the year, averaging 18.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 2.4 steals, and 0.8 blocks per game.
Lowery Asel of Frisco was named the 5-5A Division I special teams player of the year. He served as the team kicker, punter, and returner, averaging over 40 yards per punt. Asel also led the Raccoons in receiving with 523 yards and eight touchdowns. He competed in baseball and placed fourth in the long jump at the state track meet.
Lily Decker had a breakout freshman season for Lebanon Trail girls soccer, helping the Blazers reach the playoffs for the fourth straight year. She was named co-offensive player of the year in the 11-5A division, recording 13 goals and nine assists.
